The Cardio Kickbox class is a whole body conditioning system grounded in Boxing, Muay Thai, Taekwondo and "Cross-Fit" style exercises. Cardio Kickboxing is ideal for athletes, cross trainers and exercise enthusiasts of all levels. The majority of our students in this program are men and women that simply do it to get in great shape and learn self-defense. Classes are conducted using heavyweight punching and kicking bags, thai pads, focus mitts and shields. All precautions are taken for a safe, fun, learning environment.
